Small Group Fitness
Train outdoors in a supportive, high-energy environment designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay active for life. This small group training program combines functional strength, balance, mobility, conditioning, and real-world movement patterns using exercises such as sled pushes and pulls, farmer's carries, medicine ball throws, body weight exercises, and core training.
Classes are intentionally limited to 4–6 participants, allowing for individualized coaching and exercise modifications based on your fitness level and goals. Whether you're looking to improve everyday function, enhance sports performance, increase strength, or maintain an active lifestyle, you'll receive personal attention while enjoying the motivation and camaraderie of a group setting.
This program is ideal for active adults who want safe, effective workouts that build confidence, improve mobility, and support long-term health and independence.
I bring the motivation, the music, the workout, the equipment, and the accountability. Each participant's progress is carefully monitored and tracked to ensure continued improvement. Exercises are individually adjusted through appropriate progressions and regressions, allowing every client to train safely, effectively, and at a level that matches their current abilities and goals.
Sessions will be held in the Ranch house brewery parking lot.
Sessions are priced for 8 sessions. You determine when you want to use your sessions. I understand many of you living here at Saddle Brooke Ranch are taking off for a week or much more during the summer. You will not lose any sessions due to vacation time. In the fall when the weather cools down I anticipate adding more sessions throughout the day.
SESSIONS BEGIN JUNE 15th - JULY 10th
Monday - Friday at 5:30 am and 6:30 am
Cost: $189.00 (8 sessions)
Payment will be made on your first day of class in person by Credit Card, Check, Cash or Venmo
NEXT SESSION BEGINS AUGUST 3rd and will continue through the year.
